Victor is part of the BMJ Government Relations team and leads the Belo Horizonte office. He has worked in the Executive (National Institute of Social Security and Empresa Brasil de Comunicação), Judiciary (Supreme Federal Court and Regional Federal Court of the 1st Region) and Legislative (House of representatives). He has been working in the Government Relations area since 2009, dealing with the technology, pharmaceutical, defense, textile, mining, energy, oil and chemical sectors. With a BA in Journalism from Centro Universitário IESB, Victor has a post-graduate degree in Public Communication from the same institution and an MBA in Government Relations from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He lived in Australia where he studied Business & Marketing.
