Ana Carolina Almeida is a Government Affairs Consultant, part of the Financial, Services, and Technology (FiTS) team. At the firm since 2025, Ana works directly on topics related to innovation, including artificial intelligence. Previously, she worked as a Government and Institutional Affairs intern in the industrial sector and later as an analyst in the same field at a third-sector association focused on science, research, and innovation for businesses.

She holds a degree in International Relations from the Pontifical Catholic University of São Paulo (PUC-SP) and a specialization in Government and Institutional Affairs in Brazil from Insper. Ana has solid experience in facilitating dialogue between the private sector and the government, with a focus on process mapping, risk and opportunity analysis, and the development of institutional and governmental engagement strategies.
