Francisco is the Coordinator of Government Affairs for the Infrastructure sector at BMJ. In his recent experiences, he worked at a law firm with a focus on port and customs law. He is a lawyer, holding a bachelor's degree in law from the University Center of the Distrito Federal (UDF) and a postgraduate degree in Public Law from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB). He has a professional certification in Concessions and Public-Private Partnerships (PPPs) from APMG International (CP³P-F) and was a special student in the Master's program in Legislative Brench at CEFOR – House of Representatives, as well as in the Master's program in Economics at the University of Brasília (UnB).
