Leonardo is a Government Relations consultant and the technical lead of BMJ's Subnational Policy team. Based in São Paulo, he serves as the consultancy's focal point for issues related to the subnational legislative process. As a technical lead, he assists in team management and communication with other teams to organize demands. In previous experiences, he gained team management experience as an internship program coordinator and was responsible for training and developing new employees. He also handled client service and project coordination. He holds a Law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and is a volunteer lawyer on the Human Rights Committee of the Brazilian Bar Association, São Paulo Section (OAB/SP).
