Maria Vitória Araújo da Silva is a Government Relations consultant in Subnational Policy at BMJ Consultores Associados, based in Recife. She holds a degree in International Relations from the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB) and has been a volunteer researcher at the Jean Monnet Module of the Brazil-European Union Institute at the Álvares Penteado School of Commerce Foundation (FECAP), in the field of “Energy, Climate Change, and Sustainable Development” since 2022. She was an extension columnist for Foco na Internacionalização Descentralizada (IDeF) and a content producer for the UnB 2030 Strategic Program between 2022 and 2023. She volunteered on a project at the NGO Deixa Fluir in João Pessoa (PB), working on social actions to combat menstrual poverty, and participated in the organization Diário das Nações as a news writer and people and management director from 2020 to 2022.
