Raquel Castro is a consultant focused on strategic dialogue and political engagement in the National Congress. Her professional experience includes positions at the Sugarcane Industry and Bioenergy Union (UNICA), where she advised the president on institutional and governmental matters, as well as positions at the Parliamentary Advisory Office of the Federal Supreme Court (STF) and specialized political consultancies in Brasilia. She holds a degree in Political Science from the University of Brasília, an MBA in Government and Institutional Relations, and a postgraduate degree in Public Management from the Federal Institute of Brasília (IFB). She is currently expanding her knowledge in the field of International Relations, as a second degree in progress.
