Victor is part of BMJ's Government Relations team and is on the Infrastructure team. He has previously worked in the Executive branch (National Institute of Social Security and Empresa Brasil de Comunicação), the Judiciary (Supreme Federal Court and the Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region), and the Legislative (Chamber of Deputies). He has been working in Government Relations since 2009, dealing with the technology, pharmaceutical, defense, textile, mining, energy, oil, and chemical sectors. A Journalism graduate from Centro Universitário IESB, Victor has a postgraduate degree in Public Communication from the same institution and an MBA in Government Relations from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He lived in Australia, where he studied Business & Marketing.
