Victor is a Government Relations Consultant on the Health team at BMJ Consultores Associados. Based in Brasília, he serves as the primary point of contact for client engagement and institutional liaison with the Legislative and Executive branches. He previously worked as a Consultant on the Subnational Policy team, where he was responsible for developing strategies with local legislative and executive bodies, as well as designing new structuring methodologies within BMJ. During his undergraduate studies, he interned at the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP), where he contributed to the drafting of technical notes on public security for the National Congress. He holds a Law degree from the Centro Universitário de Brasília (UniCEUB).
