Wagner Parente

Wagner Parente combines his executive role as CEO of BMJ with consulting roles in the Government Relations and International Trade teams. Previously, he was an institutional relations advisor for the Queiroz Galvão Group, an Institutional Relations Manager for the Oxiteno Chemical Industry, a lawyer for the International Trade team at Felsberg e Associados, and a Foreign Trade Analyst at the Federation of Industries of São Paulo (Fiesp). In 2010, Wagner participated in the training program for lawyers at the Brazilian Mission to the World Trade Organization (WTO) in Geneva. He is currently an advisor to the Brazilian Institute of International Trade and Investment (IBCI). Academically, he co-created the Government Relations course at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) in São Paulo. Wagner is a lawyer, holds a master’s degree in International Economic Relations Law from PUC-SP, and an MBA in Business Management from FIA-USP.
