Rebeca Lucena

Rebeca is the Director of Government Relations at BMJ. She has been working at the consultancy for six years, leading teams in government relations, international trade and product management. She has also worked directly with the Legislative Branch, advising clients on their demands in the National Congress. She was previously responsible for coordinating BMJ’s office in São Paulo, where she focused on customer service and institutional partnerships. Previously, she was a consultant for the Parliamentary Front for Commerce, Services and Entrepreneurship. She worked at the American Chamber of Commerce (Amcham Brasil) in customer relations, market analysis and business development. She holds a degree in International Relations from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB) and a postgraduate degree in Foreign Trade and International Business from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). Rebeca also holds a postgraduate degree in Political Analysis and Public Policy from the University of Brasília (UnB). She is one of the co-founders of the Women Inside Trade (WIT) network.
