Victor is a member of BMJ’s Government Relations team and heads the Belo Horizonte office. He has worked in the Executive Branch (National Institute of Social Security and Empresa Brasil de Comunicação), the Judiciary Branch (Federal Supreme Court and Federal Regional Court of the 1st Region) and the Legislative Branch (Chamber of Deputies). He has worked in Government Relations since 2009, dealing with the technology, pharmaceutical, defense, textile, mining, energy, oil and chemical sectors. With a degree in Journalism from Centro Universitário IESB, Victor has a postgraduate degree in Public Communication from the same institution and an MBA in Government Relations from Fundação Getúlio Vargas (FGV). He lived in Australia where he studied Business & Marketing.
