Victor Hugo is a Government Relations consultant in the Infrastructure and Logistics, Automotive and Foreign Investment sectors at BMJ. He holds a degree in International Relations from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB) and is currently pursuing a postgraduate degree in Economic and Regulatory Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ). He was a Products & Services analyst at the American Chamber of Commerce – AMCHAM – and an intern at the Science and Technology Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has a degree in Production Engineering from the University of Brasília, with experience in industry, services and business consulting.
