Fernanda César

Fernanda is the coordinator of the Legislative Branch of the BMJ. Before joining the team, she was an intern at the Amnesty Commission of the Ministry of Justice, where she worked with the “Clínicas do Testemunho” (Testimony Clinics) – a psychological reparation program. She has taught and conducted courses on the legislative process and was the academic coordinator of the Politeia Project, which simulates the legislative process in the Chamber of Deputies. Fernanda holds a bachelor’s degree in Political Science from the University of Brasília (UnB). She conducted research in the area of ​​urban mobility and the right to the city in the Tutorial Education Program in Political Science (PET/POL) group at the University of Brasília.
