Leonardo is a Government Relations consultant and technical leader of the State and Municipalities (E&M) team at BMJ. Based in São Paulo, he serves as the consultancy’s focal point for questions regarding the subnational legislative process. As a technical leader, he assists in managing the E&M team and in communicating with other teams to organize demands. In previous experiences, he gained experience in team management as an internship program coordinator and responsible for training and developing new employees. He was also responsible for customer service and project coordination. He holds a law degree from Universidade Presbiteriana Mackenzie and is a volunteer attorney at the Human Rights Commission of the Brazilian Bar Association of São Paulo (OAB/SP).
