Leonardo is a Government Relations consultant and the technical leader of the States and Municipalities (S&M) team at BMJ. Based in São Paulo, he serves as the consulting focal point for inquiries related to subnational legislative processes. In his role as technical leader, he assists in managing the S&M team and facilitates communication with other departments to streamline workflow. In previous roles, he gained valuable experience in team management as a program coordinator for internships, overseeing training and development of new staff. He also handled client relations and project coordination. Leonardo holds a bachelor’s degree in law from Mackenzie Presbyterian University and volunteers as a lawyer for the Human Rights Commission of São Paulo in Brazilian Bar Association.
