Victória Puchalski is a Consultant in Government Affairs and is part of the team responsible for Consumer Goods and Health issues at BMJ. She began her career in government relations on the Industry and Technology team at BMJ. Prior to this, she worked as an analyst at a startup accelerator, participated in the women’s social impact program “Todas Elas” at the Assis Chateaubriand Foundation, and worked as an intern at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília (UnB). During her undergraduate studies, she participated in the Junior Enterprise Movement, specializing in export and import consulting. Additionally, she was involved in the training program of junior entrepreneurs in the Federal District, where she held the leadership and management positions.
