Francisco is a Government Relations consultant in the Infrastructure area, serving clients in the agribusiness, ports and shipping sectors. In his last experiences, he worked in a law firm with an emphasis on port and customs law. Lawyer, he holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University Center of the Federal District (UDF) and a postgraduate degree in Public Law from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB). He has professional certification in Concessions and PPPs by APMG International (CP³P-F) and was a special student of the Master in Legislative Power at CEFOR – Chamber of Deputies.
