Victor Hugo is a Government Relations consultant in the Infrastructure and Logistics, Automotive and Foreign Investment sectors at BMJ. He holds a degree in International Relations from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB) and a postgraduate degree in Economic and Regulatory Law from the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-RJ). He was a Products & Services analyst at the American Chamber of Commerce – AMCHAM – and an intern at the Science and Technology Division of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. He has experience in Production Engineering at the University of Brasília, with experience in industry, services and business consulting.
