Victor is a Government Relations consultant in the State and Municipal team at BMJ Consultores Associados. Based in Brasília, he serves as a focal point for customer service and BMJ’s sector teams. In this service, he assists in the creation of strategies with the local Legislative and Executive Branches and in the development of new internal structuring methodologies. During his undergraduate studies, he was an intern at the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP), where he assisted in the creation of technical notes on public security for the National Congress. He is interested in urban law, infrastructure, legislative process and strategic planning. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Law from the University Center of Brasília (UniCEUB).
