Victor is a Government Relations Consultant at BMJ Consultores Associados, working with the States and Municipalities team in Brasília. He is the point of contact for client service and sectoral teams, and he helps develop strategies with the local Legislative and Executive branches. Additionally, he assists in creating new internal structuring methodologies. During his undergraduate studies, he interned at the Ministry of Justice and Public Security (MJSP), contributing to the creation of public security technical notes for Congress. Victor has a strong interest in urban law, infrastructure, the legislative process, and strategic planning. He earned his bachelor’s degree in law from the Centro Universitário de Brasília (UniCEUB).
