International Trade Manager

Leandro Barcelos

Leandro Barcelos is the International Trade Manager at BMJ. He worked as International Projects Manager and Coordinator of Intergovernmental Relations at the Secretariat of Economic Development and at the International Advisory Office of Brazil’s Federal District Government. At the national level, he worked on international cooperation projects with the European Union and MERCOSUR at the Brazilian Agency for Industrial Development (ABDI). Between 2015-2020, he was the Executive Secretary of the Coalition for Trade Facilitation and Barriers and integrated the Trade Policy team of the International Affairs area of the National Confederation of Industry (CNI). Internationally, he has acted in several international sector missions, lectured in World Trade Organization training courses in Latin America, and was part of the Foreign Trade Training Program in Brazil’s Mission to the WTO in Geneva in 2017. Leandro is an internationalist with MBAs in Business Planning and Management and in Foreign Trade and International Negotiations.
