Gilvan has been an external consultant in the areas of International Law and International Trade at BMJ since 2001. He was a specialist in foreign trade projects at the Brazilian Trade and Investment Promotion Agency (Apex Brasil) from 2008 to 2010, a period in which he developed work with the Department of Commercial Defense (DECOM / SECEX) of the Ministry of Development, Industry and Foreign Trade. Professor in the field of foreign trade, with numerous works published in Brazil and abroad. Holds a Master’s degree in International Law also from USP and Law degree from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC).
