Victor Nogueira
Victor Nogueira is a Government Relations Consultant and is part of the team responsible for agribusiness issues. During graduation he interned at the Central Bank of Brazil in the Department of International Affairs. In academia he had experience with research and teaching practice. Victor holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Brasília (UnB) and a Master’s degree in Agricultural and Environmental Economics from the Federal University of Viçosa (UFV), where his dissertation addressed the impacts of climate change on agriculture.
