Fernando Fernandes Nogueira
Fernando Fernandes is a government relations consultant with expertise in legislative affairs. Since 2022, he is part of the BMJ team, where is responsible for developing engagement strategies with stakeholders and assisting clients in different sectors. He has experience in political analysis, legislative process and translation. Currently an undergraduate student in International Relations at the University Center of Brasília (CEUB). Academically, he researches parliamentary behavior and legislative dynamics.
