Legal and Tax Coordinator

Gabriela Rosa

She works as the Legal and Tax Coordinator at BMJ. In addition to her consulting work, she represents legal and tax issues at the Brazilian Institute of International Trade and Investments (IBCI). Her professional and academic profile focuses on the areas of law, tax, taxation on international trade and international tax competition. In her area of ​​expertise, she has published several articles and taught courses and disciplines. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB), a master’s degree in Public Policy and Government from the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) and a specialist in Tax Law and Public Finance from the Brazilian Institute of Education, Development and Research (IDP). She participated in the Governance 4.0 Research Group to study internationally adopted digital taxation models; she participated in research projects at the UnB Law School and was a guest reviewer for the Revista de Direito, Estado e Telecomunicações. He is currently a member of the Civil Procedure Study and Research Group at the University of Brasília and of the Behavioral Economics Group at the Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV). He has experience in contentious and advisory tax law, an area in which he has worked since 2014.
