Talita Mello has been a Government Affairs consultant at BMJ for five years and is part of the Federal team, working on monitoring, analysis, intelligence, and legislative engagement. Previously, she worked as an intern at the Ministry of Cities, in the area responsible for the ministry’s budget and finances. With a degree in Political Science from the University of Brasilia (UnB), she has developed research on the right to the city, on the rights of the LGBTQIAPN+ population, as well as closely studying the actions of social movements linked to housing in the context of the Covid-19 pandemic and the effects of these actions on the Federal Parliament.
