Vinícius Teixeira is Energy Coordinator at BMJ and has been a consulting partner since 2017. With seven years of experience in the energy and mining sector, he has expertise in oil and gas, biofuels and electricity, having actively participated in the approval of the Legal Framework for Distributed Generation and extensive engagement with stakeholders from the National Congress, the Ministry of Mines and Energy (MME), the National Electric Energy Agency (ANEEL) and the National Agency for Petroleum, Natural Gas and Biofuels (ANP). He holds a degree in International Relations from the University of Brasília and a postgraduate degree in Regulation, with an emphasis on regulated infrastructure sectors.
